La structure
Description
The Casa dei Fiori dammusi are located in contrada Tracino, on the road leading Piazza Perugia to Cala Tramontana, Cala Levante and the Arco dell'Elefante. The structure consists of four independent dammusi, sleeping 6 and 5, which enjoy a large garden and swimming pool overlooking the sea. The old part, built in the early 20th century, has been completely renovated and has the typical features of the old dammusi. The two new dammusi were built according to the ancient techniques handed down by the old master masons. Each dammuso is equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV and safe and furnished with ethnic furniture. The facility also offers the use of fitness equipment and is prepared to accommodate people with disabilities.
